It's a goddam tragedy what they did to Boddington's.
I am a creature of habit, and for a decade, I had a few pints of the creamy stuff at a nice pub near my retirement cottage here in the New World.
then one day Its off. I was there when the lat keg kicked! It took a week of drinking Guiness until word came that there wouldnt be anymore. I was cast adrift!!
Word came, "something went wrong at the brewery", "burned down or something".
Fire sale, I'd say.
The world is a less appealing place with out the yellow bee tap handle.

Un-democratic Governments' control of the worlds principal strategic resources such as beer brewing and nuclear power is frightening enough, gigantic corporations control of those very same stategic resources is simply terrifying!
State terror, meet corporate terror.

Naturally, our peerless leader, and his gaggle of half wits that are "the Editors," forgot to thank the most important people of all, the patrons of the GNYBF event.

I am sure that was just an oversight. So on behalf of the Editors and Mr. Spence . . . A BIG THANK YOU to the PATRONS of the GREATER NEW YORK BEER FESTIVAL for patronizing the tavernator.com staff at the event!
